TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Diamond Gymnastics
Diamond Gymnastics follows British Gymnastics policies and guidelines. All our coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked and hold the relevant qualifications for their position within the club.
Safeguarding and Protecting Children: Diamond Gymnastics adopts British Gymnastics’ Safeguarding and Compliance Policies. Further information for parents can be found at www.diamond-gymnastics.com.
Registration/Booking:
· Bookings can only be made through our booking link with Class for Kids https://diamond-gymnastics.class4kids.co.uk.
· Registration must be completed before the first lesson. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
· If a new gymnast joins the club after the start of the term proportional payment for the remainder of the term will apply.
· We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
· Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
· If Diamond Gymnastics cancels any sessions due to extreme circumstances, Diamond Gymnastics will offer a make-up session or parents will be refunded.
British Gymnastics Membership:
· As a condition of the club’s affiliation to its governing body all club members are required to join British Gymnastics.
· British Gymnastics membership is compulsory and non-refundable for all participants. − This fee is set annually; membership runs from 1st October to 30th September. It is your responsible to join and inform Diamond Gymnastics once done with your membership number. After your trial class has been completed you will not be able to participate in any further classes until this has been done.
Parents/Gymnasts
· You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing info@diamondgymnastics.com
· We would strongly suggest that you mention all relevant needs to the head coach at the beginning of your child's term. If your child is Autistic, Epileptic or has Diabetes, we welcome/advice you to stay on site for the duration of their class.
· You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
· You must refrain from bringing your child to a session if they have had any form of illness 48 hours prior to the session.
· Please pick up your children from the main door to the hall. For safety reasons, we cannot let young children out of the gym without a parent or guardian to meet them.
· Parents/Guardians are responsible for bringing their child on time for the class. Warm-up is an essential part of the training and the child’s potential absence from the first part of the lesson could result in injury.
· Gymnasts please always listen carefully to your coaches, follow all instructions and behave in an appropriate manner before, during and after the sessions. Diamond Gymnastics reserves the right to remove anyone from our programme, without refund, who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
· No valuable items should be brought to classes. The Club will not be responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings.
· All hair must be tied back neatly and all jewellery must be removed prior to class.
· Appropriate clothing must be worn. ie: leotard/t-shirt with leggings/shorts.
