Diamonds (5 Years+) Diamonds is a gymnastics class for boys and girls aged 5 years and over, suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced gymnasts. These coach-led sessions provide children with the opportunity to develop their gymnastics skills in a fun, safe and positive environment. Through a variety of activities and challenges, we focus on supporting each child's physical development while helping them build confidence, improve body awareness, enhance coordination and hand-eye coordination, and develop strength, balance and flexibility. Regular participation in physical activity supports children's emotional, cognitive and physical development, encouraging resilience, concentration and a positive attitude towards exercise. Each session is led by qualified gymnastics coaches who teach fundamental gymnastics skills and progressions in small groups. Children will work on a wide range of apparatus, including balance beams, vaulting blocks, springboards, trampettes and tumble tracks, as well as a variety of hand-held apparatus, ensuring every session is engaging, challenging and enjoyable. Whether your child is trying gymnastics for the first time or looking to further develop their existing skills, Diamond Gymnastics offers a supportive environment where every gymnast can learn, progress and have fun.
