Little Diamonds (18 Months – 5 Years) Little Diamonds is a parent-and-toddler gymnastics class designed for children aged 18 months (walking) to 5 years. This structured 45-minute class is coach-led and provides a fantastic introduction to gymnastics for young children. Parents or guardians participate alongside their child, making it a fun and engaging experience to enjoy together. Classes include action songs, a variety of hand apparatus, and plenty of exciting opportunities to climb, jump, balance and swing on our fantastic gymnastics equipment. Through a range of carefully planned activities, we focus on supporting each child's physical development in a fun, safe and positive environment. Our aim is to help children grow in confidence as they explore new activities and develop new skills. Gymnastics is an excellent foundation sport that promotes body awareness, improves coordination and hand-eye coordination, and helps develop strength, balance and flexibility. Throughout the programme, we support children's emotional, cognitive and physical development, encouraging independence, confidence and a lifelong enjoyment of being active.
